GAMBIT ("we", "us") provides managed IT services to organizations. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account and contact information you provide (name, email, phone, organization); support request content (messages, attachments and related details); and, for organizations using our monitoring agent, device inventory metadata (hostname, hardware specs, installed software names). We do not collect file contents, browsing history, keystrokes, or screenshots through the agent.

How we use it

To deliver support services, track managed devices, meet agreed response commitments, send service notifications, and improve our service. We do not sell client data.

Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the service contract and a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized on request.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting help@ithelp.ge.
