These terms govern use of GAMBIT's managed IT services and client portal. By using our services, your organization agrees to these terms and the terms of your specific service contract.
Services provided are as described in your organization's signed contract, including support tier, included hours, and agreed response targets. Work outside the agreed coverage is quoted and billed separately.
You agree to provide accurate account information, reasonable access to systems and premises needed to perform contracted work, and timely payment per your contract terms.
We target the response and resolution times defined in your contract. Response times outside business hours apply only where explicitly included in your contract.
GAMBIT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable contract in the preceding three months.
Either party may terminate per the notice period specified in the service contract.
